The location was beautiful and the staff was well experienced. A continental breakfast was abundant, included splendid dishes. I really enjoyed sleek furniture in the deluxe room. Lobby had a bar. There were fast internet and great parking available.

I had a just perfect stay at this heavenly hotel. Perfect breakfast, especially eggs, muffins, hot waffles and pastries, the staff was knowledgeable. The venue was in a central location close to the forest, the park and great selection of restaurants in house.

Great historic hotel with excellent design. Lots of food for breakfast including eggs, bangers, hot waffles and pastries. Room was luxury and compact, at least for me. Incredible service and a delightful restaurant, available onsite.

The lobby staff was competent, they always smiled to us. The packed breakfast was decent. Exquisite service within 15 km of the airport. We had easy check-in on arrival.

Absolutely perfect location, outstanding restaurant, genuinely helpful staff and unique decor. Gorgeous view of garden. It was a fine hotel in a safe area. We stayed in the suite, a short walk to Chapultepec metro station, just 20 minutes on foot. Really clean place and exceptional service.
